Terms and Conditions: 

Payments

You are required to make a deposit of between £0 and £80 which can be made in installments or in full.  

You can also pay for your party in full or pay for the whole cost of the party in installments.

What ever costs are remaining on the day of your party must be paid to us in CASH only.WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.

Please let us know prior to the party if there are more or less guests arriving than expected as you will be charged extra on the day for more guests and will not be refunded or expected to pay less if a guest has not arrived.

Guests
Once booked, you cannot change the amount of guests you have booked for. This is because Little Divaz UK has to allocate staff for your party and any changes will interferre with staff payments.

Cancellations
In the case of cancellation of the party, deposit refund is at our discretion and each circumstance will be taken on its own merits. For parties of over 10 You must however give at least 30 days notice to recieve a full refund. Applications to cancel after a 30 day period of notice will not be considered for refund.

Refunds

Please note that it can take upto 30 days for you to recieve your refund. Refunds will be made via bank transfer or cheque back into your account from which you paid. Refunds can take upto 30 days under all circumstances.

Data Protection act

All personal information held by Little Divaz UK is treated as private and confidential and used solely by Little Divaz UK and will not be disclosed or passed on. Under the Data Protection Act 1988, private customers have the right to see personal information held about them. If you wish to exercise this right, or have other related queries, please contact us. 

Customer Satisfaction

It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times, however, if you are dissatisfied with the level of service at your party or over the telephone, please contact us.

Staff

All staff are trained within the company to conduct ther specialty parties and most beauty parties will have beauty qualified staff attending and conducting the party. Entertanment party staff will be trained for all entertainment parties and will be able to conduct the party to a very good level.

Our staff are very valuble to us and anyone who degrades the staff members will be refused a little divaz uk party.

Insurance

Little Divaz UK has full public liability insurance.

Little Divaz UK will however, not be held responsible for non payment leading to loss of party, any losses created by an outside contracter to Little Divaz UK, any infestations which may have occurred before the party and advises that parents check their child's hair and notify us either before hand or out of the way of the party once we arrive. This is to ensure there is no embarrassment for the child/ren.

We can also not be held accountable for catering supplied by outside companies, hot tubs hire supplied by an outside company, limo hire supplied by an outside company, photographers, marquee hire, disco and dj hire and any other items hired from an outside company other than little divaz uk.

Little Divaz UK may act as a channel to source these extras for your special day but can not be held accountable for other companies actions.

Infestations

If you feel your child or one of the children attending your party may have an infestation then please advise their legal guardian to supply their own hairbrush for use in the party. If you are unsure about infestations, please be asured that all Little Divaz UK combs and brushes are fully steralised and often replaced after parties. Infestations are usually recognised whilst doing the child's hair, therefore any instruments that has been used by us will be removed from our stocK, replaced after use and under no circumstances will it be used on anyone elses hair. 

Time allowance

Parties are subject to a time allowance given at the time of booking. If your party goes over this time allowance you will be charged extra. This is due to staff needing to be at another party and therefore loosing out on pay if they arrive late.

Late Arrivals

We try best to arrive at each party before it begins however on occasions the british weather and the traffic on the roads can prevent us from doing so. Our staff are given a waver of 60 minutes meaning that no discount can be given if the girls are upto 60 minutes late for good reason. Any member of staff that arrives later than this is contracted to discount your party. Any member of staff that does not arrive for your party without good reason will be subject to a verbal or written warning and your party date will be re-arranged or deposit refunded to you within 30 days.
